Data we receive and why
The form collects your name, company, email, product category and message, plus phone, quantity and destination if provided. We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry. We do not request sensitive data or use the form to subscribe you to marketing.
Processing form data is based on the consent expressed by the checkbox under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. If a contractual relationship begins, necessary data is processed under Article 6(1)(b); applicable legal duties rely on Article 6(1)(c).
Recipients
Messages are sent through FormSubmit to the company’s Outlook inbox. The service may request anti-spam verification on its own page. Microsoft processes email data under its service terms. We do not automatically forward enquiries to the listed suppliers or brands. Any proposed sharing is discussed in the context of your enquiry.
Opening the map, WhatsApp or an external website involves its respective provider. OpenStreetMap remains blocked until you allow it; loading it shares your IP address and technical data with the provider. Cloudflare provides website hosting and security and may process technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. This site loads no analytics or advertising tools.
Retention and transfers
Enquiries without a subsequent contractual relationship are deleted within 12 months of the last correspondence, except where a legal duty or dispute requires retention. Data related to an engagement follows applicable statutory periods. External providers may process data outside the EEA under their terms and policies. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability or objection. Withdraw consent using the email above. We normally respond within one month and notify you of any lawful extension. You may complain to Romania’s supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.

Access to messages is limited to those handling enquiries. We do not conduct profiling or automated decision-making. Required fields help us process your enquiry. You can also use direct contact if you prefer not to complete the form.
